Departments
have special health requirements that must be met by
students.
Athletic Department (856-225-6195)
The Athletic Department has
the following
requirements that all students must complete in order to be
cleared
for participation in sports programs.
MMR
Tetanus
PPD (Mantoux Test)
Physical Exam |
Must
comply with N.J. requirements.

Education Department (856-225-6051)
The Education Department
has the
requirement that all students must have an updated PPD (Mantoux
Test) prior to the start date of student teaching. An updated PPD is
one
that was done within the last year of the start date for student
teaching.
Nursing Department (856-225-6226)
The Nursing Department has
the following
requirements that all students must complete between April 1st and June 15th of the year they enter the Nursing
program:
A complete
physical
examination.
Vaccinations:
Tetanus
MMR
PPD
Hepatitis B
Polio
Diphtheria
Chicken Pox |

Also:

Physical Therapy
Department
The Physical Therapy
Department has
the following requirements that all new students (with patient contact)
must complete prior to first matriculation or enrollment:
History
/ Physical
Examination
PPD

TD
Polio
Varicella
Hepatitis B
Influenza |
Within six months of
first class.
Within three months of
first class.
Two doses or serologic
immunity.
Dose every ten years.
Primary series or
booster dose(s)recommended.
Vaccine, or positive
serology.
Three doses or serologic
immunity.
(Or one dose
prior to
patient contact or contact
with
potentially
infectiousmaterials.)
Annual vaccination
