Rutgers University Health Services recognizes that the health and well being of Rutgers students is closely connected to the Rutgers community as a whole.  Students in distress may be confused as to the nature of their difficulty, unable to reach out to others for help, or unaware about where they can get help.  Concerned and informed faculty, staff, and peers often play a crucial role in helping a student in distress either recognize a need for help, decide to get help, or find the help they need.
